About the role

This role provides comprehensive advice and customized financial solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, and meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals. This position may involve residential mortgage loan originations and requires SAFE Act registration, including background checks. Failure to maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Responsibilities

  • Works with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money-managed solutions.
  • Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client financial goals and needs.
  • Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
  • Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
  • Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.

Requirements

  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
  • Self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
  • Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
  • Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing the client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent (minimum education requirement).
  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) (desired).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience (desired).

Schedule

  • Monday – Fridays and rotating Saturdays.
  • 1st shift (United States of America).
  • 40 hours per week.

This position is open for the entire market. Training will occur at one financial center, followed by a potential phone-based role until a permanent financial center location is determined within a reasonable commuting distance of your home, as permitted by applicable law.
