Responsibilities

• Works with clients to develop short and long-term financial plans using brokerage products like stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions
• Recommends financial and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs
• Triage client inquiries and refer to appropriate internal resources based on client needs and asset levels
• Mitigate and control risks as part of daily operations
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing customer base
• Maintain SAFE Act registration and comply with related background checks

Requirements

• Aptitude in obtaining necessary industry licenses
• Self-discipline in managing time and workload
• Experience in building and maintaining client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on client interests in a dynamic environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Learns and adapts to new technologies and applications

Qualifications

• Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
• Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience
