About the role

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since your position requires SAFE Act registration, you will be required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in your immediate termination.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain your Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7 and Series 66) through structured lessons and dedicated study time.
    • SIE within 30 days of being hired
    • Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days
  • Build and manage client relationships, considering a client's complex financial picture and providing advice and solutions.
  • Deliver end-to-end comprehensive advice, conduct client reviews/presentations, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities.
  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to solutions provided by Bank of America and Merrill.
  • Grow your business by interacting with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth clients, leveraging relationships with one out of two households in the U.S.
  • Execute multiple tasks simultaneously, learning and adapting to new technology or applications.

Requirements

  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
  • Self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
  • Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs, and recommending solutions
  • Strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
  • Results-driven mindset prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Learns and adapts to new technology or applications

Qualifications

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
  • Spanish speaking skills
