About the Role

As a New York Life professional, you play a direct role in helping people plan and protect what matters, developing strategies so clients can achieve their financial goals. You’ll build a financial practice with the backing, strength, and team of a Fortune 100 company, where your work has real impact and your growth is in your hands.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with clients focused on their financial goals and priorities.
  • Guide clients through planning, implementing, and transitioning through financial milestones.
  • Develop your own client base through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and strategies for key financial decisions (retirement, protection, education planning, tax diversification).
  • Offer tailored solutions across insurance and financial products.
  • Be involved in local communities, cultivate relationships, and build a strong personal brand of integrity and passion for helping others.
  • Develop relationships with professionals of different disciplines.

Pay

Commission-based compensation with potential earnings of $100,000+ at plan earnings. Individual agent performance determines income.
