About the role
The position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) through structured lessons and dedicated study time.
- Receive training and one-on-one coaching from Academy managers.
- Grow and deepen relationships within a portfolio of clients.
- Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice and deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to solutions.
Requirements
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
- Self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs, and recommending solutions.
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
Qualifications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
