Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate- CA Coastal Market
About the role
The position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins by obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, including the Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7, and Series 66 Exams. Upon obtaining these licenses, you will receive training on foundational skills for advising clients, such as acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, and providing comprehensive financial advice.
Responsibilities
- Obtain required industry licenses, including SIE, Series 7, and Series 66.
- Manage time and capacity effectively to cultivate client relationships and access needs.
- Create strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology or applications.
- Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice and deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to solutions provided by Bank of America and Merrill.
Requirements
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.

Qualifications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

Schedule
This position is open for the entire market and the specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs. If offered, you will train at one financial center and then potentially begin your role in a phone-based capacity until another financial center location has been determined to be within a reasonable commuting distance of your home to the extent permitted by applicable law.
