Responsibilities

  • Act as a team lead, guiding practitioners through the creation and delivery of work products for SAP implementations.
  • Collaborate with program leads and subject matter advisors to ensure cohesive, comprehensive, and on-time delivery of solutions.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities.
  • Lead requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, workflow completion, and functional design.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions, including configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of work experience, including 3+ years in system implementation execution and full system development lifecycle delivery.
  • Experience leading teams of 2-5 onsite resources and 5-10 offshore/global delivery resources.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-based delivery capabilities for configuration and code development acceleration (e.g., SAP Joule, Microsoft Copilot, AI Claude, or proprietary AI tools).
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience at a financial services company or comparable experience.
  • Experience with S/4 HANA financial application modules and supporting reporting capabilities (e.g., SAC reporting, BEX, BW4/HANA).
  • Hands-on experience in S/4 configuration and programming skills, such as CDS views.
  • Design and development of SAP Analysis Office workbooks and reports to meet business needs.
  • At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with one or more SAP modules/applications, such as FICO, AP, AR, Group Reporting/BPC, or SAP Analytics Cloud Planning.
  • Exposure to process design and mapping, with a strong understanding of deployment methodologies (preferably Agile).
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience in SAP implementations.
  • SAP Certification in finance modules is a plus.
  • Experience with at least one full-cycle implementation of your core module.
  • Willingness to work in EY offices 2-3 days per week and travel to client project sites (estimated at 25-30%).

Pay

The base salary range for this job in the US is $128,400 to $325,300. For New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento), the range is $154,000 to $267,400. Individual salaries are determined by factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.

Schedule

  • Hybrid work model with an expectation to work in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.
  • Willingness to work in EY offices 2-3 days per week and travel to client sites as needed (estimated at 25-30%).
