About the role

EY’s Financial Services (“FSO”) teams operate at the intersection of finance, risk, and technology transformation, advising large institutions in Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets on end-to-end change programs that drive digital transformation and regulatory compliance. As a Senior Manager in the SAP Financial Services practice, you will lead both program delivery and practice development, focusing on sales, delivery excellence, and people leadership to expand the team’s capabilities and client impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program sales and delivery for SAP-based transformation initiatives in financial services.
  • Manage cross-functional teams of 10–20 onsite and 30+ offshore/global resources to deliver cohesive, on-time, on-budget solutions.
  • Collaborate with program leads and subject matter advisors to design and execute comprehensive client solutions leveraging core S/4 capabilities.
  • Drive firm development initiatives and sub-practice growth, including mentoring and coaching consulting staff.
  • Lead early program phases such as business case development and infrastructure setup.
  • Leverage AI-based delivery methodologies to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of work experience, including 8+ years of SAP system implementation execution across the full system development lifecycle.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional programs and managing managed revenue in professional services.
  • Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and efficiency drivers within financial services.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience at a financial services company or comparable role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Prior consulting industry experience and at least one full-cycle implementation of a core SAP module.

  • Comprehensive compensation and benefits package, with base salary ranges of $171,600–$392,100 for US locations and $205,900–$445,700 for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento).
