- High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in Sales or customer service; or 6 months of experience in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank; or participation in a First Citizens career development program
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree
- Preferred Area of Experience: Telephone sales or banking
- License or Certification Type: Must possess a valid driver's license.
