About the role
A full-time Financial Services Specialist (Teller) position is available in the Rockland branch.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with all service transactions
- Develop new relationships and deepen existing customer relationships through cross-selling products and services
- Run a cash drawer
- Refer home equity and residential mortgage loan requests to the appropriate banker within the Branch
- Proactively engage customers via phone calls and letters
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Experience in customer service or retail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
