Role and Responsibilities
- Sales and Customer Acquisition: Engaging with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommending personalized insurance and financial products.
- Lead Generation: Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through various channels.
- Consultative Selling: Conducting in-depth consultations with customers, identifying their coverage needs, and presenting suitable solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing ongoing support.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Qualifications
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but a passion for sales is welcomed.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey insurance concepts and provide top-notch customer service.
- Customer-Centric: A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships with clients.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and goal-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance products and industry practices is advantageous.
