Responsibilities

  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.

Qualifications

  • Interest in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
  • Must be able to obtain life insurance, health insurance, and annuities licenses.
  • Proven experience working in sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong sales skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ambitious and driven for success
