Financial Services Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member

About the role

James Pearson - State Farm Agent is seeking a Financial Services Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member. This role involves marketing Life/Health insurance services and products to benefit clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with existing customers to assist with their insurance and financial services needs.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
• Collaborate with the agency’s team to ensure exceptional customer relations.
• Possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Life/Health Insurance License
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• 3-5 years experience in Life/Health/Financial Services Advisory

Qualifications

• 401K with 5% company match
• Base salary of $40-48k, with commission/bonus potential up to $85k+
