About the role
As a Financial Services Representative II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and ensuring accurate financial transactions are processed efficiently. Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions for accuracy and compliance purposes.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in financial services and customer service.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or financial role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, may be necessary.

Pay
