Responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management
• Ensure consistent communication and progress tracking
• Understand clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies
• Offer clear recommendations and guidance
• Discuss financial products and services tailored to clients' unique situations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience
• State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licensing (FINRA sponsorship provided)
• Values-driven with a track record of success and accomplishment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self-confidence
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others' lives
• Ability to work with and learn from top performers
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Pay

• $250–$1,000 sign-on payment after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120-day timeline for successful completion of company-sponsored required FINRA licenses and registrations
• Biweekly stable pay of $36,500 annually for up to the first 24 months as a financial professional (based on a structured 40-hour workweek)
• Eligibility to earn commissions and bonuses in addition to stable pay
