Description GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Will process customer transactions in a timely, accurate manner, adhering to established Bank regulations, policies and procedures. Will assist customers on the phone and in person. . Key Accountabilities Candidate must be self-motivated with the ability to offer our banking products and services to prospectsCandidate will possess the ability to develop strong customer relationships. Must be organized, detail-oriented and accurate; possess good oral communications skills and grammar; be professional in appearance, pleasant, courteous, and a good listener. Be able to initiate the HPG sales process when asked about accounts Requirements Skills/education/experience required: Must have the ability to work a flexible work schedule. Must have a satisfactory record of work performance and adherence to all Bank Policies and Procedures. This position will float to all banking centers as needed. Post high school education/one year in banking or related field preferred.
