Financial Services Associate I

About the Role

Process customer transactions in a timely, accurate manner while adhering to established Bank regulations, policies, and procedures. Assist customers both on the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Offer banking products and services to prospects
• Develop strong customer relationships
• Initiate the HPG sales process when asked about accounts

• Self-motivated with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Good oral communication skills and professional grammar
• Professional appearance, pleasant, courteous, and a good listener
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule
• Satisfactory record of work performance and adherence to all Bank Policies and Procedures
• Willingness to float to all banking centers as needed

Qualifications

Post-high school education or one year of experience in banking or a related field preferred.
