About the role

Will process customer transactions in a timely, accurate manner, adhering to established Bank regulations, policies and procedures. Will assist customers on the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Offer banking products and services to prospects
• Develop strong customer relationships
• Be organized, detail-oriented and accurate
• Possess good oral communication skills and grammar
• Maintain professional appearance, be pleasant, courteous, and a good listener
• Initiate the HPG sales process when asked about accounts

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible work schedule
• Satisfactory record of work performance and adherence to all Bank Policies and Procedures
• Willingness to float to all banking centers as needed
• Post‑high school education; one year of banking or related field preferred
