Financial Services Associate I

About the role

Will process customer transactions in a timely, accurate manner, adhering to established Bank regulations, policies and procedures. Will assist customers on the phone and in person.

Key Accountabilities

• Candidate must be self-motivated with the ability to offer our banking products and services to prospects
• Candidate will possess the ability to develop strong customer relationships
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and accurate
• Possess good oral communications skills and grammar
• Be professional in appearance, pleasant, courteous, and a good listener
• Be able to initiate the HPG sales process when asked about accounts

Requirements

• Must have the ability to work a flexible work schedule
• Must have a satisfactory record of work performance and adherence to all Bank Policies and Procedures
• This position will float to all banking centers as needed
• Post high school education/one year in banking or related field preferred
