About the role

Process customer transactions in a timely, accurate manner, adhering to established Bank regulations, policies and procedures. Assist customers on the phone and in person.

Key Accountabilities

• Self-motivated with the ability to offer banking products and services to prospects
• Ability to develop strong customer relationships
• Organized, detail-oriented and accurate
• Possess good oral communications skills and grammar
• Professional in appearance, pleasant, courteous, and a good listener
• Able to initiate the HPG sales process when asked about accounts

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible work schedule
• Satisfactory record of work performance and adherence to all Bank Policies and Procedures
• Will float to all banking centers as needed
• Post high school education/one year in banking or related field preferred
