The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing technical support, and implementing new software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Implement new software solutions and train clients on their use
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
