As a Financial Services Representative, you'll build meaningful relationships, provide financial guidance, open accounts, process loans, and connect members with solutions that support their financial wellness. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service and financial guidance
• Open, maintain, and service consumer, business, and fiduciary accounts
• Process consumer loans, credit cards, vehicle loans, and home equity products
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate banking and lending solutions
• Build relationships through outbound calls, email outreach, networking, and referrals
• Educate members on digital banking tools and self-service options
• Partner with mortgage, insurance, investment, and business banking teams
• Support branch growth goals, promotions, and community engagement efforts
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures
• Assist with branch operations, training, and leadership support opportunities based on experience level

Pay

• FSR I: $22.00 - $24.00/hour
• FSR II: $24.00 - $26.00/hour
