Financial Reporting Manager

About the role

The Financial Reporting Manager oversees the preparation, analysis, and delivery of financial reporting packages that support business and strategic decision-making. This role partners closely with FP&A leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage daily reporting operations and assign priorities to meet deadlines and business needs
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all financial reports through detailed review and validation
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and special projects for leadership and business partners
• Support FP&A team with reporting insights and strategic financial analysis
• Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes, tools, and automation
• Collaborate with data and systems teams to enhance reporting integration and efficiency
• Train and support team members and end users on reporting tools and dashboards
• Provide ongoing support to leadership on financial reporting deliverables and initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial reporting, FP&A, or accounting experience preferred
• Experience managing or mentoring team members strongly preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau a plus)
