Financial Reporting Manager

About the role

The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting processes within the organization. This includes preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial analysis to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and other relevant financial regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage the financial reporting team and ensure timely completion of all reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex financial issues and improve reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.

Pay
