Financial Reporting and Analysis Manager

About the Role

For our client, we are seeking a Financial Reporting And Analysis Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $113,000 – $188,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports and pricing analyses
• Manage accounting lines and expenditures for financial statements
• Create and maintain pricing models for business services
• Work with finance teams to track expenses and drive forecasts
• Align financial reporting with enterprise budgets using Excel
• Identify inefficiencies in pricing processes and recommend improvements

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a full scope polygraph
• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of experience in business or financial analysis
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
