Financial Regulatory Reporting Consultant

This is a contract role based in New York, NY with a hybrid work arrangement.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Reg W Financial Regulatory Reporting Manager to provide leadership and expertise on Regulation W compliance and reporting for our premier banking client.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in management of Regulation W analysis processes for alignment with compliance and reporting impacts
• Deliver Regulation W training as needed
• Work across the division to monitor financial data integrity and sound control procedures
• Assist with risk and control assessments and provide support for open risk, audit, and regulatory matters
• Support additional regulatory client projects as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of relevant accounting policy experience, including Regulation W
• Excellent technical, research, communication, and analytical skills
• Must reside in the continental U.S.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future; verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Pay

Salary ranges vary by location as follows:

• Colorado: $110,000 – $140,000
• California: $120,000 – $150,000
• New York: $120,000 – $150,000
• Maryland: $115,000 – $145,000
• Massachusetts: $115,000 – $145,000
• Illinois: $115,000 – $145,000
• New Jersey: $115,000 – $145,000
• Vermont: $110,000 – $140,000
• Washington: $120,000 – $150,000

Non-exempt/hourly positions are eligible for overtime pay at one and a half times the hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek. Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Talent Shift reserves the right to adjust the salary range based on business needs.
