Skills & Experience

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience
• Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66

Training & Development

• FINRA Sponsorship: Provided for required FINRA licensing

Compensation & Benefits

• Sign-On Payment: Eligibility for $250-$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120-day timeline for successful completion of company sponsored required FINRA licenses and registrations.
• Base Salary: After successfully completing PEP, eligible to become a 20th Edition RBG financial professional with an annual salary of $24,000.
• Commissions and Bonus: Eligible to earn commissions and bonus in addition to an annual salary.
