- Educational background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience

Training & Development

Compensation & Benefits
- Sign-On Payment: Eligibility for $250-$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120-day timeline for successful completion of company sponsored required FINRA licenses and registrations.
- Base Salary: After successfully completing PEP, eligible to become a 20th Edition RBG financial professional with an annual salary of $24,000.
- Commissions and Bonus: Eligible to earn commissions and bonus in addition to an annual salary.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits programs including health, dental and vision, 401(k); Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP); disability; life Insurance; and Transportation Reimbursement Incentive Program (TRIP), each subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable program, as may be in effect from time to time.
