Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and expand your network within established markets.
  • Educate clients on diverse financial products and services, tailoring solutions to their unique needs.
  • Analyze and organize client data, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Prepare and implement appropriate financial products and services.
  • Work outside the office in local schools and municipalities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience.
  • State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses (sponsored by Equitable Advisors).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Training & Development

  • FINRA Sponsorship: Provided for required FINRA licensing.
  • Preliminary Employment Period (PEP): Comprehensive 120-day hands-on training.

Pay

  • Sign-On Payment Eligibility: $250–$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, contingent on successful completion of required FINRA licenses within 120 days.
  • Base Salary: After completing PEP, eligible for an annual salary of $24,000 as a 20th Edition RBG financial professional.
  • Commissions and Bonus: Eligible to earn additional commissions and bonuses.
