Core Responsibilities
- Build and maintain ROI models for new restaurant developments, major CapEx renovations, site viability, and strategic tech partnerships.
- Own the delivery and maintenance of daily sales flashes, labor trackers, and weekly scorecards.
- Structure and scale our evolving KPI tracking system to ensure the organization stays data informed.
- Synthesize complex data into clean charts and narrative tables for Senior Leadership Team reviews, investor decks, and capital calls.
- Lead data collection and analysis for annual budgeting, periodic pricing reviews, vendor contract comparisons, and margin impact scenarios.
- Track budget-versus-actual spend for all active construction and development projects, ensuring alignment with approved capital allocations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a high-growth hospitality, restaurant, retail, or multi-unit environment. (Candidates coming from investment banking, corporate consulting, or real estate are encouraged to apply).
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Microsoft 365.
- Systems Familiarity: Experience with, or the ability to quickly master, ERP systems (e.g., Restaurant 365) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Analytical Rigor: Strong familiarity with operational metrics (labor trackers, prime cost, margin erosion, and unit-level P&Ls).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to translate dense, complex financial data into simple, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders (GMs, culinary teams, etc.).

Quality Branded is a Midtown-based restaurant group in New York City, founded by Michael Stillman in 2006. The group is comprised of Midtown staples and fixtures in the city’s dining landscape: Smith & Wollensky NYC, Quality Meats, Quality Italian, Quality Bistro, Don Angie, Zou Zou’s & Chez Zou, Bad Roman NY & LA, San Sabino, and Twin Tails Limusina. Quality Branded is known for its buzzy, energetic spaces and warm hospitality, signature dishes, and tableside flair.
