Responsibilities

• Aid in the execution of annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Analyze detailed financial information and prepare financial reports.
• Participate in corporate financing activities and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
• Create presentations for investors and board of directors.
• Develop financial models based on operational drivers to assess historical performance and project future financial outcomes.
• Contribute to improving financial and operational status through analysis, variance monitoring, trend identification, and action recommendations.
• Create supporting materials to present analyses and findings to senior management.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or a comparable field.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in health plan settings is preferred.
