Financial Planning & Analysis - Associate Manager
About the role
As an Associate Manager, FP&A, you will play a key role within our Financial Planning & Analysis team supporting functions across the enterprise. This role will report to a Director of Financial Planning and will be relied upon for your strategic perspective, analytical savvy, and ability to partner optimally across the business.
Responsibilities
Preparing functional budgets, including leading collaborative meetings with business leaders to review full-year and year-to-date variances
Managing the pro/con process over the course of the year to ensure accurate and timely financial updates
Preparing the OpCo Expense Flash and Forecast on a quarterly basis and across all budget cycles
Developing long-range and scenario modeling to support strategic and financial planning
Leading project work and providing support to teammates as needed throughout the year
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of business experience with a focus on accounting, auditing, financial reporting, financial analysis, or budgeting
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills paired with outstanding business judgment
Proven ability to be a collaborative team member, supporting peers and providing mentorship and recommendations to all levels, including management
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion, and large ERP systems (e.g., SAP preferred)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Qualifications
Professional designation (CPA, CMA) or a Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus
Cost Accounting experience strongly preferred

Benefits
The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $104,900.00 - $152,150.00.

Schedule
A 37.5-hour workweek is offered.
