Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst - Sabetha, KS

About the role

Join the FP&A team at JBTM, a division of Wenger Manufacturing, LLC, a JBT Marel company. You will support financial planning and analysis efforts, providing insights to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Run variance analyses and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Play a key role in strategic and operational planning cycles
• Build financial models for business cases and strategic initiatives
• Maintain and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Translate insights into meaningful recommendations
• Prepare presentations and insights for senior leadership, including the Executive Team
• Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate business decisions
• Drive improvements in financial processes, tools, and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles
• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and confidently
• High attention to detail and a proactive, improvement-oriented mindset

Qualifications

• Familiarity with consolidation or planning tools (e.g., OneStream) is a plus

Skills

• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural, cross-functional environment
