About the role

Transforming the way food is produced worldwide through innovation, data, and technology, JBT Marel is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team. This role supports financial planning and analysis efforts, providing insights to guide global strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Run variance analyses and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Play a key role in strategic and operational planning cycles
• Build financial models for business cases and strategic initiatives
• Maintain KPIs and translate insights into meaningful recommendations
• Prepare presentations and insights for senior leadership, including the Executive Team
• Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate business decisions
• Drive improvements in financial processes, tools, and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
• 2–4 years’ experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles
• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and confidently
• High attention to detail and a proactive, improvement-oriented mindset

Qualifications

• Familiarity with consolidation or planning tools (e.g., OneStream) is a plus
