Family Advisory and Trusts provides sophisticated planning advice to clients on a wide range of advisory topics, including: wealth structuring for HNW and UHNW individuals, investors, and business owners; estate planning; financial planning; income tax planning for founders, owners, and executives; family legacy planning, including business succession, family dynamics, and family office advisory; next gen; and philanthropy advisory and charitable giving. Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning Delivery. Prepare and support financial planning analyses, including cash flow modeling, retirement projections, education funding, and scenario analysis. Assist in translating client goals into actionable planning recommendations under the guidance of senior planners.
  • Client and Advisor Support. Participate in client meetings alongside bankers and senior Family Advisory staff to explain planning concepts and recommendations. Serve as a planning resource for bankers by responding to planning-related questions and ad hoc analyses.
  • Planning Tools and Process Support. Utilize financial planning software (eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or similar) to develop projections and plan updates. Support consistent planning processes, templates, and documentation across client engagements.
  • Ongoing Learning and Collaboration. Stay current on planning best practices and regulatory considerations. Collaborate with investment, insurance, and lending partners to support integrated client solutions.
  • Perform special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Consistently adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent).
  • 4+ years experience in financial planning or wealth management.
  • CFP® certification or active progress toward designation.
  • Experience working with financial planning software and CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree in finance, accounting, wealth management, financial planning, or related disciplines (preferred).
  • Experience working with HNW clients.
  • CPA, CTFA, or CEPA helpful but not required.

The job requires a moderate degree of physical exertion and stamina such as standing, sitting, walking, driving, or infrequent lifting.

Pay

Realistic expected base pay range for this role is $90,000 - $121,000.
