Financial Paraplanner & Client Services Team Manager

About the role

The role is a player-coach, combining 50% paraplanner responsibilities and 50% leadership management. Over the first 12 months, the focus is on becoming a top paraplanner performer. As the team grows, more time will be dedicated to leadership and management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Build out financial plans
• Manage open annuity application processing until issuance
• Prep all custodian and insurance paperwork
• Run policy delivery meetings
• Prepare annual reviews
• First line of communication for all client requests and communications

Requirements

• Three (3) years of management experience (with direct reports)
• Five (5) years of professional service paraplanner experience
• Ohio Life and Health Insurance license
