Client Service Specialist/Financial Paraplanner
About the role
Golden Reserve is looking for an experienced Client Services Specialist (CSS). The CSS role blends paraplanning and client‑services coordination and is not an administrative position. Based in Pittsburgh, the CSS supports clients in the Green Tree, Wexford, and Canonsburg areas, managing the back‑end client sales process, delivering first‑line support, and facilitating insurance application execution. The CSS team is described as the engine that drives Golden Reserve forward, supporting monthly seminars and weekly TV & radio shows across Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire back‑end client sales process, including building client Roadmaps (financial plans).
- Deliver world‑class first‑line ongoing client support and service.
- Facilitate start‑to‑finish insurance application execution.
- Support monthly seminars and weekly TV & radio shows across Ohio.
Requirements
- Two (2) or more years of financial services experience.
- Experience with life insurance and annuity application completion, monitoring, and management.
- Demonstrated GRIT: accountability, ownership, problem‑solving, and toughness in a blue‑collar work environment.
Team Support
You will have three dedicated CSS Team Members who assist with workload management, new‑business support (outstanding applications), and policy and training needs.
Compensation
Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000.

Schedule
Work hours are 8:30 am – 5:30 pm in‑office with a 1‑hour lunch. Occasional evening hours may be required to support educational workshops, and overtime is paid.
