Client Service Specialist/Financial Paraplanner
About the role
Golden Reserve is looking for an experienced Client Services Specialist (CSS). The CSS role blends paraplanner and client services coordinator functions and is not an administrative position. Based at the Cincinnati office, the CSS supports clients in Blue Ash, Mason, Hamilton, and Ft. Wright. Key responsibilities include managing the full back‑end client sales process, building client Roadmaps (the firm’s version of a financial plan), delivering first‑line ongoing client support and service, and facilitating start‑to‑finish insurance application execution. The CSS Team is known as the Engine of Golden Reserve, driving the company forward. Golden Reserve differentiates itself with monthly seminars, weekly TV and radio shows across Ohio, rapid growth (nearly 20 offices), and recognition as one of the most innovative financial‑service firms in the country.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire back‑end client sales process.
- Build client Roadmaps (financial plans).
- Provide world‑class first‑line ongoing client support and service.
- Facilitate start‑to‑finish insurance application execution.
- Support monthly seminars and weekly TV/radio shows.
- Act as the steady, consistent voice and leader in each office to keep the sales team moving forward.
- Demonstrate commitment to the GR‑Way by learning and upholding the firm’s processes and systems.
Requirements
- Two (2)+ years of financial services experience.
- Life Insurance Annuity Application Excellence – completion, monitoring & management.
- GRIT: accountability, ownership, problem‑solving, and toughness (blue‑collar mindset).

Pay
Competitive Salary: $70,000 – $100,000.
Schedule
Work hours are 8:30 am – 5:30 pm in‑office with a 1‑hour lunch. Occasional evening hours may be required to support educational workshops. Overtime is paid.
