Job Responsibilities
- Aids in the new client onboarding process by reviewing, interpreting, and documenting contracts related to invoicing.
- Ensures timely completion of data for client invoicing and accruals, communicating any barriers to the right parties.
- Collects, analyzes, and verifies the accuracy of reported data.
- Identifies performance opportunities through detailed data reviews, proactive audits, and reconciliations.
- Analyzes variances and trends to identify issues and make recommendations.
- Communicates findings to leadership after data analysis.
- Provides ad hoc reporting as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of data analytics or 3-5 years of related experience in healthcare or financial analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external customers.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to perform computations accurately and quickly, identify and compute ratios and percentages.
- Proficiency with MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle structure.
- Inquisitiveness and openness to innovation, including AI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Finance / Accounting.
- HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire.

Pay and Schedule
The Financial Operations Analyst position pays $52,100 - $89,850 based on experience.
Schedule
This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.
