The Financial Operations Analyst will provide interim coverage for key Security Governance responsibilities. The role is intended to support continuity across fiscal year planning, budget management, procurement coordination, reporting, and select administrative activities for the Security Governance organization. This individual will primarily support the Security Governance budget function, with a major focus on fiscal year planning. Responsibilities will include helping prepare budget planning documentation, supporting quote gathering, assisting with budget materials and presentations, tracking financial planning deliverables, and ensuring budget-related documentation is organized and well maintained. The role will require strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, comfort working with financial information, and the ability to help facilitate contract and procurement activities through Coupa. Security Governance leads the protection of the Firm against cyber threats and supports compliance with contractual, legal, and ethical obligations. The organization is led by the CISO, who reports to the COO and works directly with the firm’s General Counsel. As such, this role requires sound judgment, discretion, attention to detail, and professionalism at all times.Fiscal Year Budget Planning: Support budget planning documentation, quote gathering, budget materials, financial tracking, and stakeholder coordination.Budget Oversight and Coupa Support: Assist with monthly budget reconciliation, invoice and requisition follow-up, Coupa-related coordination, and contract/payment tracking.Procurement Coordination: Help track contracts, support coversheet financials, coordinate PO requests, and monitor procurement status.Project and Demand Support: Provide limited project tracking and demand management coordination.Ad Hoc Administrative Support: Help maintain Security Governance reporting if needed and jump into support other administrative needs if extra hands are needed. What You’ll Bring Education, Work Experience, SkillsBachelor’s degree preferred3-5 years of relevant work experience preferredExperience working with budgets, financial planning, forecasting, strategy and operations and/or procurement processes.Capable of tracking contract renewals, invoices, budget activities, and project-related financial information.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze financial data and create executive-ready presentations.Ability to quickly learn and effectively use Coupa for procurement, invoice management, and requisition tracking. Having experience working with a procurement platform is a plus.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation, particularly during fiscal year planning activities.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to maintain consistent communication and minimize confusion during high-volume planning periods.Comfortable coordinating cross-functional activities and following up on action items to ensure timely completion.Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to identify issues, escalate risks, and drive resolution.
