Financial & Operational Analyst / FP&A & Operations Analyst - (Hybrid) $70-80k

We have been exclusively engaged by a rapidly growing, private equity-backed healthcare company to recruit an FP&A Operations Analyst for a newly created role due to growth.

About the Role

• Reports into FP&A and partners directly with operations and the medical group on staffing analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, operational reporting, and strategic business analysis
• Highly visible, business-facing role with significant exposure to operational leadership and outstanding long-term growth opportunities
• Company continues to invest heavily in growth and remains in significant expansion mode
• Strong track record of internal promotion (a Vaco placement was promoted within a year)

Requirements

• Applicable Bachelor's degree with a strong GPA
• 1-3 years of experience
• Ideal background includes public accounting, transaction advisory, consulting, or other analytical/client-service experience (Big 4 is a plus, but not required)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Sharp, ambitious, intellectually curious, and eager to learn, with strong communication skills and the ability to partner with business leaders

Pay

$70,000 - $80,000 per year
