What You Will Be Doing
You will be a Business Analysis assigned to the F22 Modernization or Sustainment Finance portfolio within the Integrated Fighter Group organization. Our team is responsible for all aspects of Finance and Business operations to include proposal development and negotiations, program execution activities, profitability analysis, OSEC (Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash) commitments, and internal/external program reporting. As the Business Analyst you will be responsible for financial activities, having sound cost and financial baselines, and collaborate with leadership and program management on contract execution/status.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure contracts have sound cost and financial baselines
- Conduct financial risk assessments and ensure accurate financial forecasts
- Collaborate with Control Account Managers, Program Managers, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the contracts financial performance and identify areas for improvement

You bring a sound understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and program execution, with the ability to translate financial data into clear insights that support decision-making. You are collaborative by nature and work effectively with Control Account Managers, Program Managers, and FP&A partners to ensure accurate financial baselines, risk assessments, and reporting. Known for your analytical mindset and attention to detail, you proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve contract performance and program outcomes. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating financial results to diverse stakeholders, and contributing to the overall success of critical modernization efforts within the Integrated Fighter Group.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with contract and proposal processes, including various contract types (e.g., FPIF, CPIF, FFP)
- Experience with US Government reporting requirements (e.g., CPR, IPMR, CFSR)
- Knowledge of Earned Value (EV) applications and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR)
- Familiarity with financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with program management, including program execution and control
- Experience with process improvement
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
