About the role
Lead and mentor the Accounts Payable Team by coaching and developing employees. Provide prompt, solution-driven customer service to both internal and external customers. Manage Capital and Operating Accounts Payable operations while implementing policies, procedures, and efficiency goals. Work in partnership with cross-functional divisions/offices and external vendors to build strong working relationships and streamline financial operations. Demonstrate a strong ability to solve problems and communicate effectively. Maintain a high level of organization and strong attention to detail to ensure error-free transaction processing and data accuracy.

Requirements
- 66 months of experience or training in financial administration, or completion of an undergraduate core program in public or business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field
- 42 months of experience or training in financial administration
- 30 months of experience or training in financial administration, or completion of a graduate core program in public or business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field
- 12 months of experience as a Financial Program Manager (66585), or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment
- Successful completion of the Fiscal Academy may substitute for 4 months of required accounting/fiscal experience

Schedule: Full-time, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
