Job Description
- Lead the Capital Invoicing Operations function for the Midwest Region, overseeing the review, validation, and approval of capital invoices, application of rate cards, and assessment of construction cost estimates.
- Provide strategic leadership, supervision, and coaching to a team of invoicing operations analysts, fostering high engagement, strong storytelling, analytical rigor, and alignment with departmental and enterprise priorities.
- Ensure accurate financial processing by enforcing three-way match principles and maintaining integrity across all capital invoicing transactions.
- Build and sustain strong cross-functional partnerships with internal capital stakeholders and external vendors to drive operational excellence, improve financial accuracy, and support efficient execution of capital programs.
- Apply construction knowledge to support project planning, validate construction estimates, and proactively assess potential operational impacts.
- Manage and report on key operational metrics, including regional network expansion KPIs related to invoicing, construction labor coding, and construction operations performance.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements governing capital expenditures and financial documentation.
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, streamline workflows, and introduce best practices in capital invoicing and operational reporting.
- Perform a variety of Business Operations responsibilities and provide support on cross-team initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in invoicing, procurement, AP/AR, finance, or business operations.
- 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, ability to translate complex data, financial insights, and operational metrics into clear, compelling narratives that influence executive decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a detailed-oriented approach.

Pay
Primary Location Pay Range: $106,989.12 - $160,483.68
