Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial operations: consolidate P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements across multiple business units or subsidiaries.
• Develop and maintain financial models forecasting revenue, expenses, and working capital needs aligned with quarterly and annual business goals.
• Lead month-end close processes, ensuring GAAP compliance, timely reconciliations, and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Partner with FP&A, treasury, and operations teams to build KPIs, dashboards, and variance analyses that drive strategic decisions.
• Implement financial controls and process improvements to support audit readiness, SOX compliance, and internal governance standards.
• Prepare board-level financial presentations and investor-ready materials—including burn rate, runway, unit economics, and scenario modeling.
