Role & Responsibilities Own end-to-end financial operations: consolidate P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements across multiple business units or subsidiaries.Develop and maintain financial models forecasting revenue, expenses, and working capital needs aligned with quarterly and annual business goals.Lead month-end close processes, ensuring GAAP compliance, timely reconciliations, and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.Partner with FP&A, treasury, and operations teams to build KPIs, dashboards, and variance analyses that drive strategic decisions.Implement financial controls and process improvements to support audit readiness, SOX compliance, and internal governance standards.Prepare board-level financial presentations and investor-ready materials—including burn rate, runway, unit economics, and scenario modeling.
