Financial Management Program Integration Support Analyst

About the role

Serco is seeking a Financial Management Program Integration Support Analyst to support the Exercises and Operational Training Infrastructure Division (AF/A35E) under the Air Force Modeling and Simulation Support Services (AFMS3) contract. This role focuses on providing financial management analysis and tracking requirements/funding priorities for HAF/A3. The position directly contributes to maintaining cutting-edge Modeling and Simulation (M&S) capabilities that are secure, interoperable, and efficient for the Department of the Air Force, Department of War, and external partners. The work ensures the Department of the Air Force and Department of Defense can prepare for and execute missions with the highest readiness and lethality.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze financial information for the organization.
• Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
• Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring financial information is recorded accurately.
• Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management.
• Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
• Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Requirements

• Active U.S. Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 12 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred.
