About the role

Financial Operations Analyst supporting the Maritime System RAN TLS & International FSR programs, owning the end‑to‑end financial and data‑management cycle and delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables that drive accurate reporting, forecasting, and contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly financial tasks: journal entries, order bookings, POB header reconciliations, budget change requests.
• Conduct monthly OL forecasting and generate detailed performance reports for the program management team.
• Support management reviews (OPR, MPR, SIOP).
• Assist in quarterly CSR preparation and reviews; drive annual LRP and Operational Plan development and assessments.
• Respond to ad‑hoc data requests.
• Perform one or more financial activities across FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, Controller, etc.
• Perform financial analysis, establish performance‑management budgeting and forecasting (variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk/opportunity assessment, mitigation plans).
• Integrate information from multiple financial systems to consolidate data into actionable business‑solution recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education; 5 years of professional experience, or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.

Skills

• Experience with RMS toolset (Hyperion, Cobra, PM Compass, ROADS).
• International accounting experience.

Pay

Full‑time salary range: $59,900.00 – $111,300.00.
