Role Responsibilities
- Seed, organize, and label broad, unstructured datasets from real-world finance artifacts.
- Collaborate with contributors to design ambiguous, open-ended data flows for AI learning.
- Guide AI models to reconstruct, normalize, or extend partially structured financial data.
- Contribute finance-adjacent expertise to projects involving messy spreadsheets and incomplete models.
- Provide concise written and verbal feedback to improve AI model performance.
- Adapt quickly to evolving project needs in experimental, fast-paced environments.
Requirements
- Strong background or familiarity with financial institutions, banking, or finance-adjacent domains.
- Experience working with unstructured or messy financial data in spreadsheet formats.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to clarity.
- Able to interpret and extend ambiguous, partially completed financial artifacts.
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a remote, distributed environment.
- Adaptability and attention to detail in iterative, evolving project settings.
