Responsibilities
- Compile, organize, and analyze financial information in support of budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
- This may require financial data analysis, trend recognition, and research as well as the preparation of visualizations and presentations under supervision.
- Conduct data collection, normalization, validation, and reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Aid in developing and implementing process improvements and automated solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for projects.
- Maintain and optimize financial databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
- Support senior analysts in conducting financial research and special projects.

- Business Statistics
- Databases Management (e.g. SQL)
- Financial Modeling Skills
- Knowledge of Excel, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI and various coding languages (VBA, R, Python, SAS)
- Essential to the success of this position.
- Prior experience developing and executing queries and/or reporting for data sets required.
- Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions to make recommendations and communicate effectively with others in an understandable manner.
- Identification and documentation of data quality issues, limitations and gaps that may exist.
- Demonstration of sound judgment in actions and decision-making.
- Organizing work effectively and following through on work activities and deliverables.
- Multi-tasking and working effectively with exacting deadlines.
- Demonstrating flexibility and evolving with an ever-changing environment.
- Attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Accounting, Business, Finance or related Field
- Master’s in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Accounting, Business, Finance or related Field
- CPA Certification is also acceptable
- 2 – 5 Years Relevant Experience
