Primary Responsibilities
- Gathers, analyzes, and interprets data from across the organization delivering descriptive and predictive information for decision making.
- Designs, develops, tests, and implements data analyses, reporting, and visualizations to enable efficient, meaningful, and high value consumption of information assets.
- Partners with business stakeholders to deeply understand their data needs and enable them with analysis techniques and reporting tools.
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand and transform business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Create relational and dimensional data models.
- Prepare reports and data visualizations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate data quality issues.
- Identify correlations, patterns, and trends in data sets.
- Train and mentor peers.
