Financial Crime QC Senior Analyst
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real specific content.
We need to parse content: The intro paragraph: "Your Journey at Crowe Starts Here: At Crowe, you can build a meaningful and rewarding career..." That's about the role/company. Could be "About the role". We'll include that as About the role
with
containing that paragraph. Then "Job Description: Financial Crime QC Senior Analyst" is just title; we skip. Then description of role: "This role is responsible for performing advanced transaction activity reviews, investigations, enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews, and quality control (QC) reviews to ensure compliance..." This could be part of Responsibilities or About the role? Probably Responsibilities. But we have a separate "Primary Responsibilities:" list. So we can put the earlier description in About the role or maybe a summary. Let's treat the paragraph before Primary Responsibilities as part of About the role (role overview). Then Primary Responsibilities list: we need
- for each bullet.
Then "Qualifications Required:" list: we can treat as Requirements or Qualifications. The spec says we can have Requirements and Qualifications sections. We need to decide. The posting has "Qualifications Required:" with bullet list of required qualifications, then "Preferred:" list. So we can have
Requirements
for required qualifications, and maybeQualifications
for preferred? But they said use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put required under Requirements, preferred under Qualifications (or Skills?). However "Preferred" includes education, certification, experience, bilingual Spanish. Those are qualifications/skills. Could split: Requirements = required qualifications; Qualifications = preferred qualifications. Or we could combine into one Qualifications section with required and preferred. But spec says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We have required and preferred; maybe combine into one Qualifications section with both required and preferred, but we need to preserve all info. Could doQualifications
with- for required and then maybe a note "Preferred:"? But we need to keep distinction? Not required but we can include both. However spec says use headings only when posting has real specific content for it. We have content for Requirements (required) and Qualifications (preferred). Could make two sections: Requirements and Qualifications. That seems fine.
Then "We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe’s values..." that's about values, maybe part of About the role or could be omitted? It's substantive but not a defined heading. Could include in About the role paragraph.
Then compliance statements about work authorization, etc. That's boilerplate; we should remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The compliance about verifying identity, work authorization, Crowe not sponsoring, etc. That's legal boilerplate; we should remove. Also the wage range and benefits description: we have Pay and Benefits sections.
Pay: "A reasonable estimate of the current range is $55,100.00 - $109,100.00 per year." Also earlier: "The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors..." That's also pay info. We'll include Pay section with that range.
Benefits: "Our Benefits: Your exceptional people experience starts here..." then bullet-ish? Actually it's prose: "At Crowe, we know that great people are what makes a great firm. We care about our people and offer employees a comprehensive total rewards package. Learn more about what working at Crowe can mean for you!" Then sub-sections: "How You Can Grow: We will nurture your talent..." "More about Crowe: ..." That's benefits/growth info. Could include Benefits section with that prose. Also "More about Crowe" is about company; maybe part of About the role. But we can include in Benefits.
Schedule: Not mentioned; no schedule info. So omit Schedule.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. The posting includes "ensuring reviews and investigations are maintained at a level commensurate with regulatory expectations." That's inside responsibilities; we keep it as part of prose, not a heading.
We must remove duplicated lines, boilerplate, EEO, etc. Also remove "Please visit our webpage..." etc.
